Driver Terms of Use

ABOUT THE SERVICE City Autos is a directory connecting passengers with auto drivers. It does not itself provide transport or guarantee bookings, earnings or passenger demand. REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION Submit accurate driver, vehicle, owner and requested stand information. Provide another person's details only with their permission. You must be legally eligible to operate the vehicle and hold required licences, permits and insurance. Do not impersonate another driver or create duplicate or misleading listings. New registrations remain pending. Admin reviews and assigns the stand manually and may request corrections or further verification. Registration does not automatically create a driver account. Approval does not guarantee the accuracy or continuing validity of every submitted detail. PUBLIC LISTING AND CONTACT An approved visible listing makes your listing name and calling number available to passengers. Do not submit a number you are not authorised to publish. Contact the operator to correct information or request removal. Driver portal access, if provided separately, must not be shared. RIDES AND CONDUCT Drivers and passengers agree directly on destination, fare and other ride arrangements. Follow applicable transport and safety rules. Do not harass passengers, misuse their information, discriminate unlawfully or use this service for fraud. LISTING MANAGEMENT Admin may hide, suspend or remove inaccurate, duplicate or abusive listings and may change stand assignments after review. Contact the operator to request a correction or review. Availability and access can change; the directory may experience interruptions. Any future paid service will require separately disclosed pricing and terms before enrolment. CHANGES AND RIGHTS Updated terms will be posted here with a revision date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact details appear below.
